Terms and Conditions – “Help Shape the Future of VBTV & Win Big!”

Thank you for participating in our VBTV survey prize draw. Please review the full Terms and Conditions below.

1. Organizer

The “Prize Draw” is organized by Volleyball World, located at Château Les Tourelles, Edouard-Sandoz 2-4, 1006 Lausanne, Switzerland (“Organizer”).

2. Territory and Eligibility

• The Prize Draw is open worldwide, except in countries where such promotions are restricted by law.

• Participants must be natural persons aged 18 or older who complete the survey and meet these Terms and Conditions.

• Employees of Volleyball World, affiliated companies, their immediate family members, and anyone professionally involved in the Prize Draw are not eligible.

3. Prize Draw Period

• The Prize Draw runs from 3 December 2025 at 00:00 (CET) to 31 March 2026 at 23:59 (CET).

• Only survey responses submitted within this period will be considered valid entries.

4. How to Participate

• Complete the VBTV OTT platform survey during the Prize Draw Period.

• Only one entry per person is allowed. Duplicate or fraudulent entries may be disqualified.

• Participation is free. No purchase is required, and purchasing VBTV products does not increase your chances of winning.

• Any participation-related costs (e.g., internet use) are the responsibility of the participant.

5. Prize

• One winner will receive 1 free VBTV subscription valid for 12 consecutive months.

• The Prize is personal, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternatives.

• Volleyball World may substitute the Prize with an item of equal value if required (e.g., force majeure).

• Any applicable taxes or duties related to the Prize are the responsibility of the winner, whenever permitted by law.

6. Winner Selection

• A random draw will take place on 16 April 2026.

• One (1) winner and three (3) alternates will be selected.

• The Organizer’s decision is final and binding.

7. Winner Notification and Prize Delivery

• The winner will be contacted via the email address provided in the survey within 5 business days after the draw.

• If the winner does not respond within 5 business days, the Prize will be offered to the next alternate.

• The Prize will be delivered by activating the subscription on the winner’s VBTV account and/or by issuing an activation code. A compatible device and internet connection are required.

8. Personal Data

• Personal data will be processed according to the Volleyball World Privacy Policy.

• Data will be used to manage the Prize Draw, contact the winner, and analyze survey results in anonymized/aggregated form.

• Direct marketing will only occur if the participant has separately and explicitly consented to it.

• Participants may exercise their data rights (access, correction, deletion, etc.) by contacting: data.privacy@volleyball.world

9. Use of Survey Responses

• Survey responses may be used in anonymized and aggregated form to improve VBTV services and related products.

• Participants must ensure that their responses are accurate and do not violate any third-party rights.

10. Liability

• The Organizer is not responsible for technical issues, connectivity problems, or third-party failures affecting participation, unless directly caused by the Organizer.

• The Organizer is not liable for damages arising from participation or use of the Prize, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.

11. Modifications or Cancellation

• The Organizer may modify or cancel the Prize Draw in cases of force majeure or when necessary, provided participants’ acquired rights are not negatively affected.

• Any changes will be communicated through official channels (Volleyball World website or VBTV platform).

12. Acceptance of Terms

By participating in the Prize Draw, participants fully accept these Terms and Conditions. Non-compliance may result in disqualification.

13. Relationship with VBTV Terms of Service

• VBTV access and use are governed by the Terms of Service available at:
  https://en.volleyballworld.com/terms-of-service

• In case of conflict, the VBTV Terms of Service apply to platform use, while these Terms apply specifically to the Prize Draw.

• Participation does not modify any existing subscription terms or user obligations.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Swiss law. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of Lausanne, Switzerland, unless mandatory consumer protection laws require a different jurisdiction.
