How do I cancel my subscription purchased through the Website

If you subscribed directly through the VBTV website, you can cancel your subscription by following these steps:

• Log in to your VBTV account.
• Click the human icon to navigate to the Account section.
• Click on Account.
• Select Payment Details.
• Under the Current Plan section, click Manage.
• Click Unsubscribe, then choose the reason for cancellation.
• Click Unsubscribe again to confirm.

Note: Subscription cancellations cannot be processed through the VBTV App. To cancel your subscription, please log in to your account at the website - https://tv.volleyballworld.com/account.
