Does My VBTV Subscription Auto-Renew?

VBTV offers Premium plans, Monthly, and Annual. So you can choose how you want to follow the game. To make sure you never miss a match, all subscriptions are set to auto-renew by default.

How Auto-Renewal Works
Once you sign up, your plan will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle using the same payment method, unless you cancel it in advance.

-If you subscribe to the monthly plan on the 15th, it will renew every month on the 15th.

-If you choose the annual plan, it will renew exactly one year after the date you joined.

This helps avoid interruptions, especially during live tournaments like the VNL.

Managing Your Subscription on the VBTV Website
If you purchased your subscription on the VBTV website, you can manage or cancel it from the My Account section. Just make sure to cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period.

Managing Subscriptions via iOS (Apple App Store)
If you subscribed through the Apple App Store, your plan is managed through your Apple ID. Go to your device’s Settings > Subscriptions, select VBTV, and cancel it there again, make sure it’s done at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

Managing Subscriptions via Google (Google Play Store)
If you subscribed through the Google Play Store, your plan is managed through your Google account. Go to your device’s Google Play app > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions, select VBTV, and cancel it there, just make sure to do it at least 24 hours before your renewal date to avoid being charged again.
