If you attempt to sign in on an additional device while already signed in on 3 devices, you will see the "Device limit reached" message.
What does this message mean?
This message appears when your account has reached the maximum number of active devices.
What should I do?
- Select Verify.
- Follow the verification steps provided.
- Complete the sign-in process.
Social Login Users
If you sign in using a social login provider (such as Google, Apple, or Facebook), the process is similar. However, unlike email and password accounts, social login users are not required to reset a password, as we do not store passwords for these accounts.
Unable to verify your email?
- If you're unable to verify your email address (for example, because you no longer have access to it or there's a typo in the email address associated with your account), please log out of your other devices and wait a few hours before trying to sign in again.
- Please allow up to 6 hours before attempting to log in again.
